Paul Pringle
Director | Specialist in Disaster Restoration & Mould Remediation
With over a decade of hands-on experience in disaster restoration, mould remediation, and trauma mitigation, Paul Pringle brings deep industry knowledge, a strong work ethic, and a reputation built on honesty and trust.
Paul has dedicated much of his professional life to helping people recover from challenging situations — with care, integrity, and attention to detail.
Paul is more than a technician — he’s a specialist who continues to grow and evolve with the industry. He regularly invests in education, training, and emerging best practices to stay at the forefront of restoration and indoor environmental safety.
His long-term vision is to be recognised as a trusted expert in his field, known not just for what he does, but how he does it.
Outside of work, Paul is a proud husband to Eliza and a devoted father to four energetic boys. He finds balance through time outdoors — camping, fishing, and tackling projects around the home.
“My weekend projects usually start with confidence and end with calling in a favour — but I get there in the end!”
These values of family, honesty, transparency, and approachability shape every part of his business. Whether working with homeowners, property managers, or businesses, Paul is committed to delivering clear communication, reliable service, and genuine care in every job he takes on.

Chad Pay
Director | HVAC Hygiene Specialist | Advocate for Men’s Mental Health
Chad Pay is a long-standing business owner and HVAC hygiene specialist, with years of hands-on experience delivering high-quality air conditioning cleaning and hygiene services, where his attention to detail and drive for high standards have earned him a reputation for reliability and results.
A stickler for doing things right the first time, Chad often jokes that his “extreme OCD tendencies” don’t just influence his work — they’ve also made stacking the dishwasher a competitive sport.
Driven by a deep commitment to customer service, Chad believes that trust, honesty, and hard work are the foundations of any successful business — and he brings those values to every job, every time.
Chad is also passionate about educating clients on the serious health impacts of mould exposure. He believes that awareness is the first step to prevention and recovery, and is committed to helping people understand both the short- and long-term risks mould can pose to homes, workplaces, and overall wellbeing.
Beyond the tools and trade, Chad is passionate about something even closer to home: men’s mental health. He’s a strong advocate for breaking down stigmas, starting honest conversations, and creating space in the community for support and awareness — because looking after people matters.
When he’s not on-site or in the community, you’ll likely find Chad out on the water, chasing the next big catch. He hopes to be remembered not just for his work, but for the size of the fish he caught (or at least the size he said it was).
Chad is proudly married to his biggest supporter, and together they share a love of travel, new adventures, and occasionally getting lost in places where Google Maps stops working.
