Information relevant to an enquiry or job may include your name, contact details, property address, access instructions, authority to arrange work and details of the property issue. Photographs, assessment findings, quotations, job records and correspondence may also contain personal information.
We use this information to respond to enquiries, arrange bookings, prepare quotations, provide agreed services, communicate about the job and administer accounts.
Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry. Avoid sending medical records, identity documents or financial details through the general enquiry form. If you arrange work for another person, ensure you have authority to share their information.
Online enquiries
Our Contact page uses a ServiceM8 enquiry form. Information submitted through that form is processed through ServiceM8 so we can receive and manage your enquiry. You can also contact us by phone or email.
An enquiry does not confirm an appointment. Please call for urgent assistance.
Storage, security and retention
Customer records are held in ServiceM8, Encircle, Google Drive and email. Management oversees the security and retention of these records.
Recordkeeping needs vary according to the enquiry or job, accounting requirements and any relevant legal, insurance or dispute matters. You can contact management to ask about the retention of your information or request its deletion. Legal and recordkeeping requirements may affect whether information can be deleted.
Third-party platforms have their own privacy and security arrangements. ServiceM8 states that account data may be stored and processed in Australia and overseas. More information is available in ServiceM8’s Privacy Policy.
Sharing information
The information needed by an authorised property manager, insurer, contractor or testing laboratory depends on the agreed job and your instructions. Please tell us who is authorised to arrange work or receive reports. Information may also need to be disclosed where required or authorised by law.
Cookies, analytics and communications
Our website includes Google Analytics to measure website use and Google Tag Manager to manage website tags. Analytics tools may collect information about pages visited, interactions, browser and device details, using cookies or similar technologies.
